About

Vibrant flavor exclusive to Tria’s “scratch cooking” approach is what differentiates this restaurant. The wood burning fireplaces, stone accents and beamed ceilings create a comfortably energetic atmosphere that celebrates the fresh ingredients true to country cooking in the hearts of Europe and America. Located in scenic North Oaks, once railroad magnet James J. Hill’s livestock farm, Tria pays homage to local history with a bronze statue of a pig tucked into the bar area. According to legend, cattlemen working on the farm had a beloved pet pig affectionately known as Morgan, (presumably named for Hill’s rival financier, J.P. Morgan) who was seen as a good luck charm. Like the cattlemen before them, Tria patrons are eager to rub Morgan’s belly for a bit of good fortune.
