The VHEDC is a private, non-profit organization established to further economic development in the City of Vadnais Heights, MN and surrounding areas.
At VHEDC, our mission is to enhance economic development of Vadnais Heights and surrounding areas through attraction, retention, and expansion of business.
The organization’s mission is overseen by a board of directors representing a cross-section of industries and organizations from throughout the northeast metro. The VHEDC’s Executive Director is the primary point person for the organization and works to carry out the directive of the board as well as all the investors of the VHEDC>
The VHEDC’s Executive Director meets regularly with city and other government officials to assist with new development projects. Our organization works closely with local, regional, and state financial resources. We assist with site selection services while serving as a conduit for business connections for businesses desiring to grow or expand in the area.
