A great deal of time was put into finding just the right place to create All Star Pet Hotel & Day Care. It is essential to us that our pet guests and their people experience a warm, inviting and safe environment.
We have used recycled/up-cycled materials whenever possible in the creation and décor of our hotel and day care. We frown upon using chemicals in our facility and use only organic ingredients when making our treats.
Barbara and Heather have been caring for their personal and foster pets for decades. They therefore know how stressful the quest can be to find alternative, quality pet care. All Star Pet Hotel & Day Care was created to eliminate that stress and anxiety. The Mundis’ have diligently worked to create a space that is not only inviting to humans, but to their pets as well. Every consideration has been given to everything from colors to lighting and even smells that the pet experiences. Pet owners will alleviate their guilt by allowing their pet(s) to stay at All Star. Whether over night in the hotel, or for a few hours in play care, pets and their people thank each other for their experiences at All Star.
The team members at All Star have been carefully selected and trained. They have completed an initial training curriculum of pet behavior, off-leash dog play, how to safely engage pets in mental stimulation and are certified in pet CPR and First Aid. All team members are required to continue their training to stay current on previous certifications but also on any new developments in the pet care industry. It will be clear to all pets and their people how much the team members enjoy their time at All Star and how they love every guest almost as much as the pet’s own humans.
