We are reaching out to you all today to assure you, that the Township to date has experienced no related issues within our existing water/sewer infrastructure and testing guidelines. As recently as our testing period that ended on 9/30/2019,the Township has met the standards set forth by the Minnesota Department of Health, and is not required to take any action conceming any of our water sources. It is also good to note that the issues with lead in our neighboring City has nothing to do with what has transpired at Water Gremlin. All reports on our water quality are issued to Township residents on an annual basis through our Consumer Confidence Report, and are available on line at www.whitebeartownship.org and our most recent water testing results for Lead/Copper conducted this year are available there as well. We understand your anxiety through a very difficult time, but rest assured that the Township their website at www.interpoll-labs.com/contact/ White Bear Township's water meter upgrade project is ending. There is no cost for this mandatory water meter upgrade if scheduled by November 15th & installed while M&E Construction is in your area. Water meter replacement scheduling postcards including multiple notices by neighborhood (routes) have been delivered via US Mail to all White Bear Township Utility customers. Failure to schedule your appointment by November 15th will result in a non-compliance fee of $300 per quarter being added to your utility bill until the meter is upgraded.
