R GET SPECIAL TOWN BUDGET MEETING REVIEW - Residents in attendance of White Bear Township's Special Town Budget Meeting on December 10th approved a final 2020 property tax levy of $3,662,778.00. The levy is a 7.63% increase over the 2019 tax levy. The typical home in the Township saw market values increase about 7.9% which when added to the property tax levy results in a property tax increase between $50 and $112 for homes valued at $182,132 and $404,737 respectively. Residents also recommended to the Town Board a 2020-operating budget for the Township of $4,488,213, which is a 6.07% increase over the 2019-operating budget.
