This primary takes place on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. This primary supplements (not replaces) the party caucus model used for many years in Minnesota. In a presidential nomination primary only presidential candidates from a major party appear on the ballot. Election day voting locations will be the same for each of the 3 elections. The White Bear Lake Library will once again serve as an election location. What this means is that Township water customers whose bills are not delinquent, may apply for rebates as follows: must state which party's ballot they want when voting in the presidential nomination primary. If the voter refuses to select a party, they willnot be able to vote in the presidential nomination primary. The rebate program runs through June 30, 2022 or until the funds are depleted.
