White Bear Township is seeking a Municipal Services Coordinator WHITE BEAR Job Summary: The Municipal Services Coordinator is a new position for White Bear Township. The position is a customer service TOWNSHIP driven and skilled administrative support team member who provides high level responsibilities between the Township's Public Works, Building Inspection/Code Enforcement and Planning Departments. The Municipal Services Coordinator ensures resident and customer issues are communicated, tracked, resolved, and the data processed, distributed and maintained in a quality, efficient, and accurate manner. Responsibilities include purchasing, records retention, tech- nology and data privacy as well as being the administrative hub for code violations and the processes associated with resolving issues therein. In addition, the Municipal Services Coordinator assists the Public Works Director and the Building Official-Code Enforcement Officer in coordinating department activities, providing administrative and program support. A High School Diploma or G.E.D., (or Associates Degree) and a minimum of three years of experience in administrative support is required; or the equivalent combination of education and experience suf- ficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
