With upscale cuisine, a full bar of spirits, wines, and craft beers on tap to complement the hearty food from our kitchen you are sure to be able to relax and enjoy your time here. We've just added a brewery in the West wing and our own house-made beers are now on tap or you can grab a Crowler to-go!
Roma's menu offers a variety of items made from scratch that are either baked in our stone deck oven, braised for hours in roasting pans, grilled over open flames, or seared in flaming hot saute' pans. These methods are rich in European tradition and give the culinary team much enjoyment when preparing these foods for you.
