From the administra- tive side, we are working towards a goal the residents, where those in attendance will approve by vote the amount to be lev- ied for the 2026 property tax & provide a recommendation of the Town's 2026 op- erating budget to the Town Board after a presentation from Town staff. Staff will also answer any questions res- idents have regarding the 2026 property tax levy & budget. At the time of this pub- lication, the 2026 operating budget is pro- WHITE BEAR TOWNSHIP value in the Township increased 4.40% to $395,450. Based on a tax levy of $6,990,044 & if your home value increased 4.40%, you would see Township tax increase between $7.14 on a home valued at $267,915 to $15.11 per month on a home valued at $535,830.
