Nevertheless, this is Minnesota & it will be here eventually. Township crews are doing regular pre-snow season maintenance around the area & we will be prepared. It has been an eventful year for sure for all of us, & on behalf of the whole organization i do want to extend to all of our residents a huge thank you for your patience & understanding while we all get through a truly trying 2020 Just keep over the 2020-operating budget. The main reason for the levy & budget increases are now through June 30, 2022 or until the remaining $23,000 is depleted. UDGE SPECIAL TOWN BUDGET MEETING REVIEW - Residents in attendance of White Bear Township's Special Town Budget Meeting on December 8th approved a final 2021 property tax levy of $4,248,063.00. The levy is a 15.98% increase over the 2020 tax levy. The typical home in the Township saw market values increase about 2.93% which when added to the property tax levy results in a property tax increase between $3.89 and $9.53 per month for homes valued at $172,413& 5383,141 respectively.
