Changes include no watering between 10:00 am and 6:00 p.m. and residential turf watering is restricted to two days per week according to where you are located in the city. Pollinator Protection Resolution The Vadnais Heights City Council encour ages actions to support native bees and beneficial insects. The resolution sup- f ports and encourages residents to: plant more native flowers, bushes, vines, and trees; purchase plants that have not been treated with pesticides; minimize use of insecticides; leave the leaves; and talk to neighbors about the importance of native pollinators and how to help them. Animal Licensing and Behavior All dogs and cats over six months of age within the city must have a current animal license. Current licenses expired April 30, so please renew if you have not already. Pets in public places or on public property must be restrained by a chain or leash of six feet or less.
