Winter Parking Rules Winter parking rules go through April 1. No parking is allowed on any City street between the hours of 1 and 6am. There is also no parking allowed immediately after accumulation of two inches or more of continuous snow until the street is plowed curb to curb. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed. Sharing the Road with Snowplows Stay safe and slow down! During the winter season, please remember to share the road with snowplows and give drivers plenty of room to do their job safely. In residential areas, they may back up in order to turn around. When roads are covered with snow or ice, watch for the flashing white, yellow, and blue lights of snowplows. Never crowd a snowplow.
