News & Views | Vadnais Heights Mayor Connections Share your ideas with the mayor at one of his Meet the Mayor events! Hours are limited through the fall, so be sure to check the event calendar and RSVP in advance. Walk-ins are always welcome. Breakfast with the Mayor: November 24; office hours: November 12, December 10. Speaker Series The next in the Speaker Series is Understanding VA Benefits for Home Care. The event will be at City Hall on Tuesday, November 18 at 10a.m. Blood Drive The next Red Cross Blood Drive will be Wednesday, November 12 at the Vadnais Heights Commons from 10a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is required and can be done online, on the Red Cross app, or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS. AFSA Partner Programs Look out for more collaborative programs between the city and AFSA now that winter activity registration has opened! Classes include Holiday Cookie and Candy Making, Winter Wreath Making, Penguin Plushies, Winter Watercolor, Self-Defense, Beginner Printmaking-Pet Portraits, and The Art and Science of Plant Propagation.
