News & Views | Vadnais Heights Summer Hours at City Hall From Memorial Day to Labor Day, City Hall is implementing an adjustment to opening hours as follows: Monday-Thursday 7 am-4:30 pm and Friday 7-11 am. Winter hours will remain Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm. Our summer hours will better accommodate the construction season and our customers and contractors that wish to get their day started early. The resolution supports and encourages residents to: plant more native flowers, bushes, vines, and trees; purchase plants that have not been treated with pesticides; minimize use of insecticides; leave the leaves; and talk to neighbors about the importance of native pollinators and how to help them.
