The hunts occur October 28-30 and November 11-13. Visitors should obey posted notices. Major paved trails will still be open. Winter Parking Rules Winter parking rules go through April 1. No parking is allowed on any City street between the hours of lam and 6am. There is also no parking allowed immediately after accumulation of two inches or more of continuous snow until the street is plowed curb to curb. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed.
