Parks and Trail System Plan The city is developing a Parks and Trail System Plan that will guide park planning for years to come. The plan includes park designs for each of the city's parks and many new trail connections. The plan draft is available for public comment through January 31, 2025. No parking is allowed on any City street between the hours of 1am and 6am. There is also no parking allowed immediately after accumulation of two inches or more of continuous snow until the street is plowed curb to curb. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed.
