Winter Parking Rules Winter parking rules go through April 1. No parking is allowed on any City street between the hours of 1 and 6 am. There is also no parking allowed immediately after accumulation of two inches or more of continuous snow until the street is plowed curb to curb. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed.
